Student suspended for putting a ham sandwich next to some Muslims. Police are called.

On April 11, 2007, a student placed a ham steak in a bag on a lunch table where Muslim Somali students were eating. Muslims consider pork unclean and offensive because they believe an invisible man told them so, probably because someone got trichinosis 2000 years ago.

Rather than admonishing the offending student and telling him to grow up, the school treated this silly prank as a "hate incident" - the same category of crime that includes hanging black people from trees because they looked the wrong way at a white woman. Lewiston police investigated and the Center for the Prevention of Hate Violence worked with the school to create a "response plan".

The student was suspended for his "hate crime".

Barack Obama is refocusing United States missile defense on Iran, and away from Russia. Russia recently voted Josef Stalin the third most popular Russian.

Solicitor General Elena Kagan values degenerate Saudi royalty more than American citizens.

The Supreme Court ruled that it will not revive a case by 9/11 victims against the Saudi royalty for their involvement in funding crazies like Bin Laden and the terrorists. Solicitor General Elena Kagan (who, FYI, could be come the next Supreme Court justice) says that Federal Law protects Saudi Princes and that taking them to court for their crimes could bring about "potentially significant foreign relations consequences".

Obama approves $400,000 for Gadaffi's terrorist kids

$400,000 of your money, taken from your paycheck, will go to Saif Gadaffi who helped secure the release of the Pan Am bomber and Aisha Gadaffi who defended Saddam Hussein against war crime charges. The money is supposedly for charities that belong to these kids.

Meanwhile, there are charities the belong to Americans that could use money. God forbid...

The dumbass government jackpot!

Senators Lindsay Graham (R-SC) and Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) have both advocated that the United States, not Israel, should attack Iran in order to prevent it from obtaining nuclear weapons. The rationale stated by Graham was that if Iran were to obtain such weapons, "Israel will be more imperiled," and if Israel were to attack Iran, "it will rally the Arab world around Iran and they're not aligned now. It's too much pressure to put on Israel."
Chambliss adds "The problem with military action also is that you're probably not going to be able to stop the production of uranium by just a simple airstrike... Lindsey's right. It's an all or nothing deal. And is it worth that at this point in time, when we know they have the capability? We can slow them down, but a full-out military strike is what it would take."

Illegal alien child molester gets $4.5 million of YOUR tax money.

Orange County Board of Supervisors agreed to pay $3.75 million, plus an additional $900,000 in medical expenses to Fernando Ramirez, a child molester and illegal alien who was beaten in jail. Ramirez, 24, was jailed for molesting a 6 year old girl at a park and was found guilty of battery against a child.

Despite the fact that Orange County is facing a severe financial crisis, an illegal immigrant child molester has received over $4.5 million - the largest settlement of its type in county history. The Board of Supervisors made the decision behind closed doors and refuse to comment on their decision.

Government throws hissy fit because Turkey won't let Israel participate in war games.

The NATO air force exercises, codenamed Anatolian Eagle and to be hosted in Konya, Turkey. Turkey, however, has excluded Israel from the war games because of their killing of civilians in Palestine in late 2008. The United States government now refuses to participate in the war games in solidarity Israel.

Janet Napolitano to spend more federal tax dollars on benefit for illegal immigrants.

The Department of Homeland Security issued a press release which details a number of plans which will involve the expenditure of federal tax dollars to improve the quality of life for illegal immigrants. Some of the highlights from the press release follow.

  • "ICE will house non-criminal, non-violent populations, such as newly arriving asylum seekers, at facilities commensurate with risk and expand programs available including legal support services."
  • "To advance the effective use of alternatives to detention (ATD), ICE will develop an assessment tool to identify aliens suitable for ATD and will submit a plan to Congress this fall to implement an ATD program nationwide. ICE will continue to work with the Department of Justice to expedite the adjudication of ATD cases to reduce costs."
  • "To enhance detainee medical care, ICE will devise and implement a medical classification system that will improve awareness of an individual detainee's medical and mental health conditions from the time the individual first enters detention."

This comes on the heels of a federal declaration the forbids local law enforcement from enforcing immigration laws.

Illegal immigrant with three DUIs runs a red light and kills American child.

Illegal immigrant Eleazar Rangel-Ochoa ran through a red light and slammed a pickup into a minivan in Omaha, NE, killing van passenger 4-year-old Josie Bluhm. Rangel-Ochoa's license was suspended which means he had been issued a license despite being an illegal immigrant. The reason his license was suspended was his three drunk driving convictions. After none of these convictions was he deported.

Hawaii school year the shortest in the nation. 163 days. All so tax dollars could be diverted to medical care for non-citizens!

On Friday, Oct 23, 13,000 public school teachers will take the first of 17 furlough days that will occur throughout the school year in Hawaii. More than 170,000 students will be affected by this decision.

The budget shortfall that caused this drastic reduction in the level of education is the result of a court injunction granted by U.S. District Judge J. Michael Seabright and sought by Senior Staff Attorney Elizabeth M. Dunne of Lawyers for Equal Justice that prevents Hawaii from downgrading the free medical care for non-citizens - a decision which would save $30 million.
