Pro-Criminal

One of the biggest Achilles heels in America's legal system is the astonishing possibility that a jury will be staffed by slobbering morons, so incredibly stupid that it's a wonder they can even wipe themselves (if they do at all). Nowhere is this more apparent in the case of 70-year-old sociopath Ronald W. Ellis, who viciously attacked neighbor Cheri Monson by luring her out of her apartment then dousing her with a bucket of urine, feces, and vomit so vile the police were made ill when interviewing her. This was certainly not the first incident. Ellis had a history of harrassing Monson and even an assault conviction in 1998

If we had a competent government, Ellis would have been sent to the gallows already. Instead, however, the aforementioned jury of imbeciles acquitted this excuse for a human being.

Additionally there are unconfirmed reports that this may be a racial issue - this is to say, the perpetrator was black and so too was the jury and thus racial "solidarity" may have played a part in sabotaging a slam-dunk case. We re-iterate we do not have confirmation of this.

18-year-old Stefanie Woods became famous in 2008 when she helped a friend steal $168 from an adorable 9-year-old Girl Scout selling cookies outside a grocery store. This in and of itself is a despicable act however Woods compounded it soon after when she was interviewed by a local news crew and bragged about her crime justifying it by saying "Who doesn't like money?".

Later that year, she made the news again when she and her same friend (probably her only one) got busted for skipping out on a tab at Denny's. Clearly she was proving herself to be an asset to society.

Not satisfied with being a mere miscreant, she teamed up in 2009 with two men to kidnap and rob a man at gunpoint of his prescription drugs. A creature like this should be locked up for life, of course, but was she? Of course not!

Politically correct Circuit Judge Amy Smith sentenced the 20-year-old to a year in jail - which she has already served - and ordered her into a Department of Corrections drug treatment bed. This despite the fact that her crimes legally merit a life sentence! No prison time will be served.

DAG says: The autocratic idiot judge had this to say: "A lot of people won't be happy about this," Smith said. "But I think it's the right thing to do, and it's my decision."

So much for democracy.

In Uniondale, on Long Island, NY, George Grier has been arrested and charged with "reckless endangerment" for defending his home from a gang, potentially the violent and dangerous MS-13. As he was leaving his house to drive his cousin home, he was confronted by a group of five men. He returned to his house to get his wife to call the police. He then returned with an AK-47 which he legally owned, and asked the men to leave. The men did not leave and in fact loudly egged him on, encouraging as many as 20 other thugs to show up on his property.

At this point Grier fired four shots at the ground to scare off these miscreants. These shots alerted the police faster than the wife's phone call apparently because their high-tech "ShotSpotter" technology which can pinpoint the source of gunfire to within 35 feet notified them. Instead of congratulating the man for successfully deterring a hideous crime, the Blue Goons arrested him.

D.A.G. says: Don't you feel so much safer now?

A Daytona Beach cop, Lt. Major Garvin (yes his first name is Major), terrorized a Starbucks for two years demanding free coffee, cutting in front of paying customers, and threatening a slow police response time if he was not given what he wanted.

The officer's tantrum allegedly was worded "If something happens, either we can respond really fast or we could respond really slow. I've been coming here for years and I've been getting whatever I want. I'm the difference between you getting a two-minute response time, if you needed a little help, or a 15 minutes response time."

Starbucks reported Garvin's corrupt conduct to the police department who administered a polygraph test which Garvin failed. He was fired, rightly, but the story did not end there. Remember, this is a man given to petulant temper tantrums. Garvin demanded his job back and the idiotic arbiter George Mayer gave the baby his lollipop.

Not only does Major Garvin get his undeserved job back but he gets $87,000 in back pay. Money stolen from your paycheck is given to his. Isn't that nice?

William Deparvine, the deranged murderer who killed Richard and Karla Van Dusen after buying a truck from them, has been allowed to sue his victims despite being convicted and sentenced to death.

In 2003 Richard Van Dusen, who had recently married Karla, wanted to sell his prized 1971 Chevrolet pickup. He posted an ad in the classifieds and the one to respond was DeParvine, just seven months out of prison. Just a day after the sale was to occur, the Van Dusens were found dead, both shot in the back of the head.

According to authorities, Deparvine devised a plan to rob and kill the couple then make it look as though he legally bought the truck and someone else shot them. He even forged a bill of sale that included a $6,500 purchase price and Richard Van Dusen's signature. While Deparvine vociferously protested his innocence, the evidence, including DNA, proved otherwise.

While justice was supposedly served - Deparvine was sentenced to death in 2006 and thusfar all courts have upheld the sentence - a new twist in the plot has occurred. Deparvine has sued the victims' family for ownership of the truck he never bought. Richard Van Dusen's daughter, Michelle Kroeger, hired a law firm to gain possession of the truck, which had been held as evidence, however the murderer decided to file a counter-suit demanding possession.

That Deparvine, a sociopathic maniac, should demand the rights to something he stole is completel unsurprising. The shock in all of this is that the court did not simply throw his lawsuit in the trash. Not only does Deparvine have no right to his stolen goods, as a murderer scheduled to be annihilated, he should have no right to any of his possessions. All of his belongings should be disbursed to the family of the victims.

DAG says: Instead of stripping a monster of undeserved rights, the government has given that monster the ability to further terrorize society. God help our nation.

New Orleans police officer Robert Evangelist, fired for beating an unarmed man, Robert Davis, on Bourbon Street in 2005, has been reinstated to his job. The reinstatement was ordered by Louisiana's 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

D.A.G. Says: Meanwhile, courts are not ordering reinstatement of the many honest Americans laid off from their jobs.

Four Chicago police officers were involved in various criminal activities such as stealing a diabetic's insulin in order to extort money out of him and stopping Hispanics driving expensive cars, taking the keys and illegally searching the motorists' homes. The officers were found guilty of some rather tame charges that netted them 6 months including "theft" and "official misconduct".

D.A.G. Says: Chicago and Illinois as a whole are very restrictive on gun ownership and carrying. Shouldn't that mean an extra emphasis on quality law enforcement?

Thanks Luke!

Philip Arnold Paul didn't do much wrong. Just killed an old lady and then soaked her body in gasoline. Clearly a little foible like that is no reason to deny him the opportunity to go to a county fair where he could possibly escape...
...which he did.

D.A.G. Says: OMG. UR so mean! Wears ur compashen? Cereal killers r ppl 2!!

A young, special-needs girl was rightly taken away from her meth addict parents and given to loving foster parents. Then some social workers decided she should go back to her drug addled parents. So they started letting her see them in visits described by a pediatrician as "traumatic" and "stressful". The social workers decided that those weren't good words to use to a judge so they claimed instead they were going well.

When the family told the judge that the social workers were lying, the bureaucrats showed up and took away the little girl, who hid from them because she didn't want to leave. The foster parents were given increasingly shorter and fewer visits.

When KING 5 started investigating the case, judge Anita Farris ordered that they not be given any information. When KING contacted the judge directly she yelled at them and left angry voice mails.

Thanks Shawn!

The Supreme Court ruled that it will not revive a case by 9/11 victims against the Saudi royalty for their involvement in funding crazies like Bin Laden and the terrorists. Solicitor General Elena Kagan (who, FYI, could be come the next Supreme Court justice) says that Federal Law protects Saudi Princes and that taking them to court for their crimes could bring about "potentially significant foreign relations consequences".
