Moorestown police officer Robert Melia put his penis into the mouths of five calves and was recorded on video doing so however New Jersey has no law banning sex acts with animals. As such Judge James J. Morley did not find Melia guilty of violating any law, even animal cruelty.
He and girlfriend Heather Lewis were arrested in April 2008 for sexually assaulting three girls.
