Rural Georgia - Some of the dumbest morons ever to wear a badge were called to a house and ended up misbehaving in ways nobody could have imagined. 57 year-old Janice Wells, a third grade teacher, called the police to report a prowler and two village idiots, Ryan Smith and Tim Murphy, showed up to serve and protect. First came Murphy who pepper sprayed the woman. As she was writhing in agony, Smith showed up, hopped out of his car and began to taser her repeatedly.

"He kept Tasing me and Tasing me. My fingernails are still burned. My leg, back and my butt had a long scar on it for days," says Wells.
